Kindly be informed that new registration & new application in MIDA e-ML System (https://eml.mida.gov.my) will no longer be available effective 25th March 2021 (Thursday).

However, the e-ML System is still available only for application status information and retrieving related documents (e.g Surat Keputusan Interim Lesen Pengilang, Surat Pengesahan Untuk Syarikat Pekilangan Dikecualikan Daripada Lesen Pengilang)

Starting from 26th Mac2021 (Friday), all applications for e-ML:
• Application for New Manufacturing Licence
• Application for Manufacturing Licence on Expansion and/or Diversification Project by a Licenced Manufacturer or by an Existing Non-Licenced Manufacturer
• Application for Confirmation Letter for a Company Exempted from Manufacturing Licence
need to be applied via MIDA Invest Malaysia Portal ( https://investmalaysia.mida.gov.my)
